0165 (3)(g): blue railing in school age classroom has flaking blue paint. Wood is exposed. Toddler A classroom has flaking paint on wall near diapering area. 0165 (3)(a): Toddler B classroom has heat vent near barn door sticking out from wall with sharp edges. 0165 (3)(e): School age classroom has runner rug in front of door that is curled up and is a tripping hazard.
